Joseph F. Rafidi Attorney completed his graduation from Youngstown State University and his major subject in graduation was Political Science. YSU is an urban research university situated at Youngstown, Ohio, US and was established in 1908. The university offers undergraduate and post graduate courses in various streams including arts, sciences, music and technology. Joseph F.
