I acknowledge that my child and I know the risks involved in athletic participation, understand that injuries are possible in such participation and choose to accept any and all responsibility for their safety and welfare while participating in the camp. I hereby give consent, in case of injury occurs for the coaches to secure treatment at the best facility available to hem. The Tri-Center will not be responsible for payment of bills resulting from athletic injuries. I release and hold harmless the Tri-Center School District and the coaching staff for any injury or claim resulting in the athletic participation of my child. Camp Information: The Tri-Center HS Basketball Cheerleaders will be holding a cheerleading camp in the cafetorium for students in grades 1st-8th. It will be held on Tuesday February 5, 2013 from 3:45-5:00 The camp will feature cheerleading fundamentals. The campers will be able to show off what they have learned by cheering at half time of the Varsity girls' game on February 7th. The cost of the camp will be $10. Please have your child wear a Tri-Center T-shirt, black pants or shorts the night of the performance.
