"We were strangers Who met by chance But it was really Fate That brought us together...

" Dretalya

You were temptation itself, Wanton, wild, impossible to ignore, In a body so angelically pure, No one would dare defile it. It infuriated and confused you, Should you be who you are Or who your body is? I was navet and innocence, Unknowing, blind impossible to ignore, Captive in a body made for sin, No one would resist, It confused and amazed me, Should I be who I am Or who my body was? Untouched we both stayed, By choices others and ourselves made, But it tormented us, The not knowing who to be, Ourselves in our hearts and souls, Or the person our body wants? And so we waited and waited. The day dawned bright, Filled with promise and shadows, You walked mired in thought, I strolled lost in a page, A stumble and polite apologies, That died on frozen lips, Recognition, delight, acceptance, We were not alone it seemed, There were two of us, Standing face to face, Watching the not perfect fit, Of a soul in its body, Slip those last inches, And settle comfortably at last.
