Guidelines for Health Maintenance Plan Presentation 1. You can choose a representative sample from your age range.

For example, for young adult, you could select a 30 year old female, or for child, you could select a newborn. 2. Be creative and informative. 3. Include how you would do a risk assessment and recommend tests, labs, risk reduction strategies for this patient group.
