1. Khi nim v xc tin hn hp Hot ng xc tin hn hp trong marketing l s kt hp tng hp cc hot ng sau: - Qung co - Khuyn mi - Cho hng hay bn hng c nhn - Tuyn truyn Tan b cc hot ng xc tin trn phi c phi hp t tc dng truyn thng ti a ti ngi tiu dng.
