Love Covenant Church (LCC), founded in August of 1994 by Pastors Tommy L. and Angela P. Frederick, is a multi-cultural, interdenominational church open to all that seek to understand the truth of Gods word. At a prayer service in 1988, the Lord revealed to Tom that he would become a shepherd for Gods people. At the time, the twenty-six year old husband, father, and leader of a singing group entitled One Accord, could not envision the call.
