Here I used the formula =SUMA(D18:D24). This will show me the total cost on March.

Here I used the formula =C8+C19+C10+C11+C13. This will show you the total income of April.

In this model I had to put lots of formulas because with that I could find out the total cost or the total income of a month. The way it works is when you change a number and it will automatically change the totals.

Here you can see that it changes when you change a number.
