Job Description: Responsibilities of Retail staff Achieve sales targets and providing Customer service Enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account & saving account customers. Responsible of retention of accounts Relationship Management for a Portfolio of customers Responsible for Cross Sell & enhancing relationship with existing customers by selling of Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account through generation of referrals from internal database Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc Review all critical reports, monitor cash levels, fraud control, filing etc

Responsibilities of ADFC staff Preparation, execution, submission and clearance of required Facility documents for setting up/renewal of sanctioned limits keeping FTR Coordinating for completion of collateral TSR, Valuation, mortgage Keeping data file accurately updated all time i.e. Client_Profile, CAM_BIS Data, Deferral (as per approved format) Coordinating with clients/RM/Ops for clearance of deferrals, periodical submission of statements, information including timely insurance renewal Reminder to RM with regard to deferrals, CAM expiry (marking mail to CH & RH) Send periodic reminder to client in writing Keep Client File (physical) complete updated and indexed Assisting RM in relevant information preparation for CAM Periodic submission of MIS as advised from time to time Requirements Education: Post Graduate/Professional Degree Sales/Marketing skills are required Candidate should possess good Communication Skills
