The following signs and labels are used on this machine to depict warnings and cautions. This sign is a warning about a risk of burning. Average surface temperatures of touchable parts exceed 80C. Parts must be allowed to cool prior to carrying out maintenance works. These signs are required by BS EN60204 to indicate that electrical equipment is contained within the panel/enclosure and that hazardous voltages exist

This equipment weighs 3.5 tons and suitable lifting equipment is required to unload and install.

This sign is a warning about a risk of crushing. Do not touch the mould or any moving parts while the machine is running or before the compressed air tanks have been bled.

This is a caution sign and texts will accompany it to highlight areas that require attention.

Guard interlocks are optical, category 3 to EN 418. This sign is displayed on all guard doors. Do not look directly into the send/receive sensor when doors are open. The use of hearing protection is recommended. Noise levels are between 82 90 dB(A).

This sign indicates that the control panel, junction box etc is not IP rated beyond IP2X. It is prohibited to spray-clean the machine and the electrical cabinet. If the floor around the machine needs to be washed, the doors of the machine and of the electrical cabinet must be closed.
