CIRCUIT TRAINING DAY 2

Directions: We are going to complete the workout provided on this page. All exercises will be set up and ready to be completed. Each student will pick an exercise where they will begin and use for 30 seconds using the exercise correctly as taught in class. The teacher will time students and tell students when to begin doing the exercise. The student is to try to continue to working on the exercise for 30 second; however if a break is needed, the student may take a short break and then finish the 30 seconds. After the you have complete the exercise for 30 seconds you will move to the next exercise recorded in the list. For example, if I am starting at exercise 3, after my thirty seconds I will move to 4, then 5, then 6 and so on. After each circuit students will be given a water break for five minutes. Circuit 1: 1. Butterflies 2. Seat Presses 3. Superman's 4. Seat Curls 5. Skull crushers 6. Lunges7. Calf Raises/ Rock 8. Skips in the mirror

Circuit 2: 1. Push- ups 2. Lateral Raises 3. One leg up Rows 4. Reverse Curls on bench 5. Behind the head extensions 6. Squats holding ball 7. Calf JumpsSideways jumps over Rope

Circuit 3 1. Flat bench presses 2. Up Right Rows 3. Ball Hyper Extensions 4. Standing Running Curls 5. Dips 6. Squat Jumps 7. One leg Calf Raises holding Pole 8. Opposite Leg 9. Toe touches on stepper
