    When: Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013 Pick-up time: 6:30 a.m. Location: Northwest Mall parking lot 9800 Hempstead Rd. Houston, TX 77055 (Across the street from HISDs Hattie Mae White. Parking available.) Drop-off time: 6:30 p.m.
    RSVP to HoustonCVPE@gmail.com to reserve your seat on the bus

    We will arrive in Austin in time to join the 11 a.m., march from the Congress Avenue Bridge to the Capitol, and then join the rally on the South Steps of the Texas State Capitol from noon to 1:30 p.m. Rally Speakers: Superintendent John Kuhn, Diane Ravitch and others!
