Confidentiality Agreement

Members of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce Contacts & Contracts group and the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce staff will keep confidential, treat as privileged, and will not make or allow any disclosure of the Confidential Information, including but not limited to leads/referrals, except to the extent: a. b. c. d. required by law, agreed to in writing by _________________________ necessary to carry out the obligations under this or any other agreement entered into by _________________________ and Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, that information is or becomes available in the public domain without breach by the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce of its confidentiality obligations under this agreement or at law. Urbandale Chamber of Commerce shall ensure secure storage of any of the confidential information and other working papers, documents or computer storage media related to the confidential information.
