For each course, there are two deliverables to be submitted: Course Specification

One per course to be submitted annually by the course coordinator

Course Portfolio

To be submitted by the instructor of each section

To be submitted every semester

HOW TO SUBMIT THE COURSE PORTFOLIOS?

All instructors are to send their course portfolios to the course coordinator

Please note the naming convention in the previous slide (CS310-1(MALE))

The main folder be should named using: CourseCode-SectionNumber(Campus)

The course coordinator ensures that all section-incharges have submitted then
