Log onto the schools website Click on Media Center at the top of the page. Click on Research located on the side of the

Media Center web page. Scroll down until you see Biography in Context and click on the link. Type in the name of your artist. Click View More. Find Print under Tools and print the biography. Retrieve the biography from the printer.

Open the lyrics analysis template on my web page under

class resources. Open the Katy Perry lyrics analysis. Begin analyzing your lyrics. Find figurative language, sound devices, and rhetorical devices. Use the definition sheet to guide your analysis. Use the lyrics template on my web page to help you separate your lyrics from your analysis. Save your own lyrics analysis to the HOME drive. Print your lyrics analysis Use the Katy Perry Lyrics template sample as a guide.
