The teaching plan should be flexible, individualized, adapted to the needs, abilities and interests of the students, from a global perspective; with a affectionate, warm and welcoming environment, using observation, experimentation, and discovery as a source of knowledge, based on recent experiences. It must be useful to think out and making decisions about teaching and learning process, identifying the difficulties of each learner to provide appropriate assistance.
