We, JEFFREY B. LASTIMADO and JENNYLINE B. LASTIMADO, of legal ages, Filipinos and a resident of San Manuel, Pangasinan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say: That our parents Spouses JUANITO LASTIMADO married to Luzviminda Baltazar are the registered owner of parcel of land covered by TCT No. 21836 located at Brgy. San Juan, San Manuel, Pangasinan and more particularly describes as follows: A parcel of land (Lot 69, Cad 3, San Manuel Cadastre), situated at Barangay San Juan, San Manuel, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. bounded on the NE., along line 2-3 by Public Land; on the NW., along line 3-7 by Lot 1135; on the SE., along line 7-8 by Lot 40798; on the SE., along line 8-2 by Public Land; beginning at a point x x x Containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED(500) SQUARE METERS, more or less That before our parents died, they delivered to us the said title and kept it inside our cabinet together with our other important documents; That sometime last year, 2012, when our siblings decided to partition the said property, we discovered that the said title were no longer in the cabinet that we placed and all our efforts to locate were in vain and the same is now considered lost and beyond recovery; That the said parcel of landholding is a residential lot and we are in possession thereto, neither we or our parents mortgaged the said property to any bank or person; That we are executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the above-narrated facts and for all legal intents and purposes the same may serve and primarily to protect our rights and interests over the said property.
