RE/MAX 1 PAPERWORK COMPLIANCE GUIDE

Risk management is the process by which we avoid or mitigate loss in our real estate activities. One way to ensure that RE/MAX 1 agents carry out their professional responsibilities in a non negligent manner is for transaction paperwork to be submitted for compliance review. RE/MAX 1s paperwork policy requires all documents to be turned in within 10 days of the executed date. We require 48 hours for processing which is included in the 10 days. A fee of $100 will be accessed should the compliance deadline pass without approved documents.
