Job Description/Person Specification NVQ Customer Service Job Title: Apprentice, Anti-Bullying Ambassadors Team Reports to: Anti-Bullying

Programme Manager Working with: Anti-Bullying Programme Ambassadors Team & Schools Hours of Work: 10am to 4pm, 4 days per week with 1 day release for learning. Location: Diana Award, the Oasis Centre, 75 Westminster Bridge Road, London, SE1 7HS. Duties will be as follows: Recruitment Using the telephone to recruit new anti-bullying ambassadors, phoning new schools who have never trained students with us. Promoting the anti-bullying ambassadors programme through telemarketing, emailing and mailing. Events Planning Assistance with planning training events Preparing materials and documents for training events Booking travel and accommodation Possibility of attending events (optional) Data Management Data input Tracking and monitoring data Tracking incoming payments for training events Person specification Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Punctual & good time keeping Good telephone manner Competent using MS Office packages Willingness to learn Good team-player Organisational skills
