These innovations have lead to focus on business models as a fundamental statement of direction and identity. Ineffective processes have huge potential to jeopardize the chances of consistently providing products that meet customer satisfaction and regulatory requirements. This scenario calls for organizational transformation. This two days conference will address how strategic quality management practices are going to help the organizations bring transformations in their systems and performance.
