Title: Broken, but Not Defeated Specific Purpose: To persuade my audience that Tennessees Dont Say Gay Bill is immoral and immoral Central Idea: Because Tennessees Dont Say Gay would prevent educators from discussing homosexuality in elementary and middle-school classrooms, teachers would, in essence, be inhibited from intervening in bullying against gay students and prevented from discussing famous historical figures that were gay.
