CHOCOLATE CAN CURE

Believe it or not, chocolates can cure.Generally, chocolates can lift the spirits, inspire poems and even cure ailment. It is also considered as antidepressant. Chocolate has been often blame for acne and tooth decay. Some people refuse chocolate due to its reputation for low nutritional value and fattening effects.

However, recently researchers have proven that the accusations about chocolate are entirely false. The truth is, chocolate are not the cause of acne. Neither, there is no evidence that shows chocolate is the cause of cavities or tooth decay. Adversely, chocolate coats the enamel of the teeth and helps prevent plaque. Cavities are caused by the sugar in the chocolate rather than the chocolate itself.

Researchers at University of California found out that phenolics, found abundantly in cocoa, may help lower the risk of heart disease .Phenolics prevent fat-like substances in the bloodstream from oxidizing and clogging the arteries. Clogged arteries are major cause of heart attacks. Besides phenolics, chocolates contain more than 300 known compounds. A small amount of caffeine, a slightly higher amount of theobromine which is a weak stimulant provides the lift that energizes the day. Meanwhile, a strong stimulant in chocolate named amphetamine able to increase in the activity of neurontransmitter in our brain.

Chocolates contain four times the dose of the polyphenol found in green tea. These polyphenol prevent cancer cells from forming. So, a cup of green tea with a chocolate biscuit sounds like a fantastic way to rev up the engine for the day. Last but not least chocolate contains phenyaethylamine, a natural substance that stimulates the same reaction in the body as falling in love. Hence, chocolates are great as a solace for the heart break or just to feel good.
