    January 29, 2013 Hon. Isabelo Cosalan City Councilor Chairman Lands City of Baguio Dear Sir, Greetings!

    I am retired teacher of Dep_Ed, Baguio. My problem is regarding the lot where my mother (deceased) was given an allocation of 250 square meters at Sumulong, Holy Ghost Proper Barangay, this lot is when we all grew up and were born here. Due to my busy teaching schedule, I have not been able to perfect our claim over the property. Today a neighbor of mine is claiming said property and has even put up a fence around the empty area except for our old house I would like to ask your help. May I also ask about the bill passed by Congressman Andres Cosalan in relation to your Cadestral survey. I pray for the following: 1. The fence of my neighbor, Mr. Agustin Contero, Sumulong , Holy Ghost Proper be removed. My letter be endorsed to CBAO for action. 2. If the cadestral covers the bill passed by Cong. Andres Cosalan that I be included in the perfecting of my claim. I am willing to pay all necessary expenses for this, since my old home dwelling and my grandchildren and myself are at stake.
