Where to next?
What is my goal?
Was I successful?
Work in progress.
It was a bit scary at rst, because I had never had my whole body underwater. Anyways I was succesful. I was afraid because I didnt want to accidently drink the water and didnt want the water to go in my eyes, because it hurts, when water gets in my eyes. So I decided to buy some gogles,a nd practicholding my
breath in my
Where to next?
1. Make sure gogles are tight and make sure I hold my breath when I go underwater
2.Hold my breath as long as possible. When running out of air go back up, and take a breath.
3. Learning not to be scared whe holding my
breath underwater.

The Thinking-About-WhyTheres-So-Much-Waste-AtLunch Cycle How can I consider different viewpoints and perspectives? 5
How has this captured my the heart and helped me form conclusions? 6

How can I uncover complexity and go below the surface of things? I could interview the janitors and the people that take out at school.
What do I wonder and what questions can I ask? Could we replace the plastic containers with re-useable plates and utensils? Can we feed animals or compost the leftover food for the garden on he rst oor? Only bring food that you are going to eat.
A lot of people order food at the Tuk Shop, for lunch but cant nish it all. Because they wanty to play games and chat with their freinds more. People arent bringing their own lunch in their own containers. The Tuk shop uses a lot of plastic (plastic containers, forks, spoons and knives). None of this can be reused.
How can I reason with evidence? Take pictures. Interview people that care about the enviroment and people that dont care about the enviroment, and see what they think about this problem. Stand by Tuk Shop and collect evidence about Tuk Shop customers.By interviewing the person in the tukshop.
How has this captured my the heart and helped me form conclusions? People dont care about the environment. The Tuk Shop is trying to benet from using plastic, because its cheaper .But it destroys the enviroment People decide not to eat their food for some reason.Maybe the food tastes bad.
What connections can I make? Its easy to throw away plastic.Because you dont have to clean it. Plastic costs less than re-useable utensils and containers. People throw away food because they dont like it, because they have something else to do,like playing games on the computer, going to the basketball court.Or they cant eat it all, etc.
The Problem Solving Cycle How will I logically present my answer? What strategy will I use? What information do I need?
Put on my shoe Then tie a cross with the string The tie a hoop pull then do the same with the other shoe and I am done
I need to know what is the rst step of tying your shoe lace. Then continue with the other steps.
The Communication Cycle How have I incorporated evidence to support my ideas? How is my vocabulary/word choice relevant to the task?
I will have to use my best story telling techniques to make this effective. Volume and periods of silence will be key.
The Communication Cycle, or -- Why you should always listen to good advice. The evidence I have to prove why I should have listened to good advice when it was given is on my hand.
Vocabulary and word choice are an important part of my story. I want to use words that get a reaction from my audience, but I dont want to scare them them too much. Some vocabulary to use:unpationt,in a hurry, terror, blood, small blade and a plaster.
