Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad

Drain small can crushed pineapple into small pot Add C. sugar 1 T. corn starch Beat 1 egg then add to pot

Stir over medium heat until pudding consistency Add salt

Cool down in freezer

Grate a large handful of cheddar cheese Add of the cheese to partially cooled mixture in freezer

Cool down completely and add remaining cheese Add drained pineapple

Whip small (8oz) container of whipping cream Add cooled mixture, gently folding in
