The guidance policy I have put in play, lets you know how a childs behavior will be guided. It also states guidance strategies, intervention strategies and practices which are unacceptable by implementing this policy allows teachers, to keep a positive and loving environment. I feel by teaching children at such an early age will help them understand and expect to behave in the same manner; we also have to understand that we are working with preschoolers. And every child is treated in a respectful and appreciated manner

Tuesday Cleveland Guidance Policy C- 2 Statement Our preschooler will learn the rules by setting rules that are unacceptable and will not be tolerated in our classroom. I will explain very clearly; dont fights keep your hands to yourself, let them know that any behavior that is unusual will be redirected and you will be taken to another activity. Activities will be provided and will be given attention needed; I will help the children with their self-esteem, self-control and teach them how to respect others.
