JD for Instructional Designer Qualification & Requirements: * Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree i n either technical or education field.

* 3 6 years of experience in the instructional design and development of technical training courses. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Strong knowledge of instructional design concepts and various pedagogy . * Proficiency with the MS Office Suite , Adobe Captivate , Articulate and Lectora . * Must be willing to learn new technologies and pick up new skills. * Must have experience working in a team environment. * Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. * Good interpersonal skills. * Working knowledge of Adobe Flash and content authoring tools is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities : *

Design and devel op web based training, instructor led training and eLearning courses drawing on knowledge of instructional strategies * Ensure standardization and instructional integrity of course materials and achievement of project milestones. * Create course outlines based on inputs from SMEs, project leads and other stakeholders. Works with SMEs and stakeholders to finalize course outline. * Design storyboards to serve as directions for WBT implementation and as ILT Guid e materials. * Create examples and case stud ies for the c ourse as per the requirements . * Create assessment tests based on established standards and guidelines. * Work with SMEs to ensure that storyboard content is technically accurate. * Work with other reviewers to ensure that storyboards are instructionally sound a nd are in line with existing standards and guidelines. * Work with the media development team to transform storyboards to flash based modules. * Conduct quality check for developed modules to eliminate defects. * Coordinate all WBT & ILT production tasks. * Create and maintain a project plan for course development projects.
