As can be seen from the above graph, the three most important sections are Manufacturing Science, Thermal Science and Heat Transfer (apart from Engineering Mathematics and General Ability). The overall paper was not too difficult and many questions were a straight forward application of concepts/formulae. Those with a good preparation levels should find it easy. Also, the General Ability section was pretty easy and scoring more than 10 in it should give you a significant advantage. With the number of test takers increasing every year, a paper should be able to differentiate between good students and the others and this paper is an example of that. The cutoff this year can be expected to be higher than last years 27.14
