this Healthy Veg Protein Pulao Recipe with your favourite raita and you are good to go!

Ingredients: 1 cup basmati rice (or brown rice), soaked 1 cup soya granules, soaked in a cu of water 3 - 4 tbsp coconut oil tsp cumin seeds 1 stick of cinnamon 3 -4 cloves 2-3 cardamoms 3 medium onions chopped 1 piece of ginger 10 cloves garlic chopped 1 tbsp red chilli powder tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 3-4 large tomatoes, chopped 1 cup boiled green peas Salt to taste 2 tbsps fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 cups vegetable stock Method: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamoms and onions . Saute for two minutes and add ginger and garlic and saute for another minute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and continue to saute. Add a little water so that the masala does not burn. Add tomato and soya granule s. Cook for a minute and add green peas, salt and coriander leaves. Add rice and st ir. Add three cups of vegetable stock and stir. When it comes to a boil, lower the h eat, cover and cook till the rice is done. Serve hot with raita. Treat your kids occasionally to chocolates made at home... Ingredients: 2 cups cocoa powder, cup butter, cup sugar, 2/3 cup milk, tsp plain flour, cup p owdered sugar and 1 cup water Method: Place cocoa and butter in processor and mix until they form a paste. Fill the pa n about full with water. Then place the bowl on top of the water. Put the chocol ate paste in the bowl and then heat until hot. Put the mixture back in the proce ssor and mix till smooth. Then warm the milk to room temperature. Add sugar, flo ur and milk to the paste and mix well. Pour the mixture into molds and place it in the fridge till they become hard. Take the pieces out and much away!
