Chapter 1:Soldering

 use sufficient heat

 Solder Work best
 Larges metal surface take longer time to heat

Soldering

P.C.B = printed circuit board

P.C.B is a bard
p.c.b have a special or particular circuit

p.c.b have a two side

1. plain side -- cosist various camsar such has resister capactor etc.
2. copper foil side – using for soldering of various paod such as resistor capacitor
etc.

definition of soldering
various component attech on the P.C.B wich is consist
of a special or particular electronic circuit this process non as Soldering

the perform process of unmouning various electronic components

Tool Kit = wich is use for soldering & desoldering

 Soldering iron (25 wolt)
 Solder wire
 Solder past
 Desolder pump
 Spring cuter
 Twiser
 Iron stand
 Nose plier
 File
When we perform soldering process we found two type of soldering connection
1. good connection

Good connection is so bright sharp & smouth

2. pour connection

Cousion 
1. do not use excess solder
2. do not set under fan or a.c
3. the p.c.b or components should not vibrate while soldering

 step of soldering
1. heat solder iron five sevan minits
2. when iron get proper heatthan mount component of p.c and sold point of toll to
the p.c.b throuth the soldering iron & wire
3. it solder attech on the point than remove the solder iron from two point for let the
connection cool.
 step of using desoldering pump
1. hold the desoldering pump in yould palm with its talling the p.c.b
2. dipress the sharp of desoldering pump till it steps in the locked position
3. place the tip of the desoldering pump right on the sport to be desolder with your
thumps on the release button
4. meet the solder conection throught with hot soldering iron
5. as soon as the solder meet complitly remove the soldering iron & depress the
release of the soldering pump imegetly you should have a perfectly desolder
pump.

Circuit board past mounting

Mount each past

Mount each past in each right place part should be mounted lightly
agains the circuit board.
