Course Outcomes (CO)

CO1

Use recommended standard and specification when engaged in actual planning, design and field works.

CO2

Integrate the theoretical knowledge to the practical aspect of traffic and highway engineering works.

CO3

Obtain the basic information and apply them for highway physical location, geometric and structural pavement design as well as the materials used in the construction.

CO4

Acquire the necessary skill in performing standard highway laboratory test and data analysis.

Assessment
Continuous Assessment i - 1 mini project dealing with actual case studies (group works with presentation) - Laboratory report (group assessment) ii. Test 1 (Topic 1-3) iii. Test 2 (Topic 4-5) Continuous Assessment Final Examination Total = 10% = 10% = 10% = 10% = 40% = 60% = 100%
