    Hold violation is more important.because after the chip gets manufactured we c an't deal with that.so need to add buffer in the data path. Setup violation is also important but after getting chip manufactured even we ca n reduce the setup violation.

    hold is independent of clock........ hold violation is more important...

    because after the chip gets manufactured we c an't deal with that...so need to add buffer in the data path... setup violation is also important but after getting chip manufactured even we ca n reduce the clock.........
