Assets, LLC which also is purchasing Blaine the Beauty School-Malden OPE ID: 020767 (Both schools are within 2 blocks of
each other) The new owners decided to close the Empire Beauty School and transfer all students to the Blaine location. The
Owners had refunds issued to all student whom have not completed their course of study and re-admitted them at the blaine
location with new contracts at the same rate as they had at Empire. The school also had the contracts written so the student were
only charged for the remainder of their course of study and they would no incure any additional charges. The students are able to
complete their current term with no new charges and will only incure charges for the next term at the rate they originally signed on
for at Empire. All records for current students have been transferred to the Blaine location with the students, all Records for
Graduated students will be stored at the corporate headquarters in Pottsville, PA.
