Breakfast Casserole (night before)

1 lb. sausage
6 slices white bread, cubed
2 cups cheese, grated
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1-2 tsp. minced onions
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Brown sausage. Meanwhile, place bread in bottom of 9x13” greased pan. Cover with
sausage. Add cheese. Beat eggs, milk, onion, mustard, S & P. Pour egg mixture over
cheese. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 325° for one hour.
