THE LOST END

Who did ever judge things would come so far The bonds being broken, the words turning sour; Together were spent the days ere long When drift arose to prove it wrong No eve was complete without you being there Im perplexed now-did you even care? My morals firmly stood by me Your disregard for them didnt bother me; For we were only kids for sure, Just you around, I desired no more My favorite pal, my closest friend, Did you perceive itll reach an end? Childhood is, yes, an immature phase When uncanny differences are accepted with grace; I moved to a distance, a distinct place And came back to see no friendships trace I fail to decipher if its envy or hate But I do believe, its destiny, its fate Our thoughts, our habits chose separate ways Long is every moment, long are the days Your words are unkind, your speech sounds sour Your curses make me dislike every hour The suspicious fear has taken its toll It has decayed the core of innermost soul The doom has tactfully played its game Things will turn out never to be the same Your hatred for me gives me immense pain And thus, I wish to see you never again.
