1995- CCPA & ALL INDIA TRADE UNIONS OF TEA GARDENS. MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT AGE- 15 YEARS. FREE HOUSING & MEDICAL FACILITIES TO EMPLOYEES. FOOD GRAINS AT HIGHLY SUBSIDISED RATES.

2011- INDIAN TEA ASSOCIATION & ASSAM CHAHMAJDOOR SANGH. INCREASED QUANTUM OF FRINGE BENEFIT. 900 GMS DRY TEA LEAVES PER MONTH. 342 CUBIC FEET OF FIREWOODS. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OF RS 3 TO SPRAYERS.
