-Maintain the correct balance with colleagues and seniors-neither too close nor too rigid. -First name/formal style. -Hear both sides before settling disputes. -Maintain perfect harmony with BOSS. -Juniors-grace & respect- maintain correct distance.

Arranging Agenda Points, Seating Plan, Name Plates, Water, Stationery, PA System, Backup power for computers, Snacks.
