Making space for community economies: reframing economies, reframing ourselves

Professor Katherine Gibson, University of Western Sydney Public Lecture, University of Canterbury Tuesday 12th March, 6-8pm Location: C1 Central Lecture theatre, Ilam Campus, University of Canterbury (see map over)

Drawing on a forthcoming book, Take Back the Economy - An Ethical Guide for Transforming Our Communities (University of Minnesota Press), Professor Katherine Gibson will discuss how the economy emerges from the decisions and efforts everyone makes every day. She will explore how people can implement small-scale changes in their own lives to create ethical economies.
