    Speaking English fluently is an absolute must and a precondition to participate in the
    programme! Applicants must be able to understand and speak English terminology.
    I know that in case that my application is accepted I have to pay and arrange for my
    individual travel to Berlin/Germany and from Berlin back home. The programme covers
    seminar fee, bus transfers, technical excursions, social events and accommodation in double
    rooms. Personal spendings, such as telephone, beverages, etc. have to be borne by the
    applicants. No insurance is included.
