RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between ___________________________ (Renter) and ___________________________ (Landlord). That the renter agrees to the term of the rental will end on or before the fourth week of December 2012. Hence, this is also in reiteration of an earlier verbal agreement between Landlord and Renter for the termination of the tenancy which expires also on the said date. This AGREEMENT is made and executed at the City of Davao, on this day of _______________, 20__, by and between the said parties.
