I am thankful to Ms. Mrunali Tikare for giving me the opportunity to conduct a research on HRM Function, Job Satisfaction, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal ,etc. This assignment discusses how employees are satisfied with their jobs and what is the effect of job satisfaction on employees productivity and turnover rates. The subject is of great importance from the view point of corporate world.
