Dear sir The purpose of this is to complain about the rising crime in our housing estate.As a resident, I need to complain to ensure our safety life. 2.Last Saturday,a snatch thefts happens in our housing area.After report to the police,the police come and investigate.According to police investigation,almost 3 house have been snatch by a group of mens believe is Indian.This case have concerning all the residents in that estate. 3.Other than that,my neighbor Puan Lees house was break-ins by a group of foreign workers last month.Luckily they didnt get hurt because of that.Futhermore,there also have many cases of crimes happen at our housing area such as motorcycle thefts and assaults.All this cases become a concern and issue for the residents stay at that area.We even suspect that the police can protect our residents or not. 4.We believe that all this cases or crimes happen because lack of police patrols.So we suggest that the way overcome this problems is to increase the police patrols.Other

than that,we can install the CCTVs at the dark corner to prevent the crimes happen.We also can set up neighbourhood watch programs to decrease the crimes in our housing area.We can patrols ourself by turn.We also can organize a safety campaigns to create awareness among the residents.All of this we need to cooperative with officer.
