Court passes judgment on persons detained in Baku protest yesterday UPDATED

Azeri-Press News Agency ( Azerbaijan ) - Monday, March 11, 2013 Fuad Jafarov; Court has passed a judgment on the persons detained during the protest against soldiers deaths in Baku yesterday. APA reports that APFP members - Elvin Bayjan has been sentenced to 7 days administrative arrest under the decision of Nasimi district court and Mahammad Majidli and Turkel Alisoy to 7 days administrative arrest under the decision of Sabayil district court. Member of Free Youth Organization Ilkin Rustamzadeh has been sentenced to 6 days administrative arrest under the decision of Khatai district court. Moreover, APFP members - Taleh Mammadov was fined in amount of AZN 400, Nihad Huseyn AZN 500, Ramil Musayev AZN 400, Anvar Huseynli AZN 500, Zaur Mammadov AZN 500, Agil Aliyev AZN 600, Tazakhan Miralamli AZN 500, Vusal Bayramli AZN 600, Ilkin Aliyev AZN 500, members of Musavat Party Rauf Mammadov AZN 500, Shamil Beydullayev AZN 500, ADP members - Osman Ahmadli AZN 500, Azer Sadigov AZN 500, Osman Ahmedli AZN 500 and member of REAL Movement Javid Garayev AZN 500. A group of young people attempted to hold a protest against soldiers death in the center of Baku yesterday. The police prevented the protest, as it had not been authorized by Baku City Mayors Office.
