Sub: Educational Tour of Students of Caregivers(4th Batch) and DSE(CP)(2011-13) at Complete Baroda and Ahmedabad from 22.04.12 to 24.04.12 Respected Sir, I would like to inform you that an educational tour has to be conducted as per schedule in Caregivers and DSE(CP) Course. We have decided to visit Baroda and Ahmedabad. The tour starts on 22.04.12 and ends on 24.04.12. The details are given below: 1. No. of students: 20(Caregivers)+5(DSE-CP) students Total students =25 2. No of staff :2 3. No. of vehicles: One hired mini bus 4. No. of drivers : 1 5. Days : 3 Proposed Budget Income Fees of 25 students @ Rs.1,500 each = 1,500x25=Rs.37,500 Debit 1.Travelling expenses= Bhavnagar to Baroda and Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar = 500k.m.x Rs.40/Km. = Rs.20,000/2. Fooding expenses = Rs.125 per day for each person x 27 x 03 days = Rs. 10,125 3.Accomodation for 2 days SUMMARY 1.Travelling expenses 2.Fooding expenses 3.Accomodation = Rs.20,000 = Rs.10,125 = Rs. 7,000 = Rs.7,000
