BA3 Project Milestone Outline (2D&3D) Create and Transform

Tasks for 3D Artist Week1: Develop new map layout and rough concept art based on the existing level asserts from directed study session. Start to transform the level into your own game world, by adding, changing and tweaking asserts based on new concept. Extensive reference and research needed. (New concept design to be agreed by me to make sure of meeting the milestone target) Week2: Further developing of the small level, finish all the models by the end of week2. Be extra careful of the size and complexity of the level, make realistic and manageable goals. (Level models to be agreed by me to make sure of meeting the milestone target) Week3: Un-wrap all the UVs for the level asserts and make models ready for texture creation. Start to introduce UDK for asserts import and export. Week4&5: Texture creation, diffuse, specular and normal map, checking asserts in UDK throughout this stage. Week6: Final adjustment and submission. Assessment work: A layout concept with description of design, 3 Renders from North, East and South direction,
