Herbalife has indentified countries where the Nutrition Club business model is thriving. The countries listed below already have the Notification process in place. The Nutrition Club Notification Form is available on MyHerbalife.com or in the Herbalife Career Book. Austria Belars Bolivia Brazil Bulgaria China Colombia Cyprus Czech Denmark Ecuador Estonia Finland France Georgia Germany Ghana HongKong Hungary Iceland India Indonesia Ireland Israel Per Philippines Portugal Russia Singapore Slovakia Slovenia SouthernAfrica(Botswana,Lesotho, Italy Namibia,SouthAfrica,Swaziland,Zambia Jamaica Sweden Japan Taiwan Korea Thailand Latvia Turkey Lebanon Turkey Lithuania UK Malaysia UnitedStates Mxico(100%Voluntary) Uruguay Mongolia Venezuela

Distributors operating Nutrition Clubs from residential locations are also encouraged to submit a Notification Form. For all other countries, Nutrition Club Notification is encouraged but voluntary.
