“Cultivating Joy in Everyday Life”

Wake Up Spring Retreat
3rd-5th of April 2009 in Winchester, UK

Dear friends,

To meditate is to be alive, aware and joyful. Everyone can easily learn this.
But how can we bring our meditation, our awareness, our joy into our everyday
lives? When we come together as young people to meditate, work and play
together there is so much joy already. When we come to share with,
and to listen to each other then we can see more deeply into the problems we
have. We invite you all to come and share your joys and difficulties, to play
and to learn with us how we can relax and be free in our everyday lives!
