Civil Works and Building Component 98.66% Substantially completed Remaining works are the interfacing items with the Air Navigation System and Support Facilities (ANSSF) component for the testing and commissioning of equipment installed in all buildings Air Navigation System and Support Facilities (ANSSF) Component Notice of Award was issued on 14 January 2013 to SKY-KR Consortium, the winning bidder The Contract Agreement with SKY-KR Consortium was signed on 18 February 2013 and it was concurred by EDCF on 07 March 2013 The Notice to Proceed was issued on 12 March 2013 The project is expected to be completed in the 2nd Quarter of 2014 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the Laguindingan Airport The DOTC is considering the inclusion of possible development in the O&M for reason that the Lumbia airport has already surpassed the design annual passenger movement of the Laguindingan airport for the year 2020 Planned Commercial Opening of the Laguindingan Airport The airport is planned to open on 30 April 2013 using Visual Flight Rule (VFR)

ACTIVITIES
1. Power Supply

STATUS
The airport facility was energized by MORESCO-1 on 21 February 2013. The testing and commissioning of installed equipment commenced on the same day and will last until 15 April 2013.

REMARKS
Initially, MORESCO-1 is supplying power to the airport using 1MVA during the testing of equipment with their 10MVA substation in Moog, Laguindingan. They are capable of providing the 4MVA requirement of the airport. Completion of the system is scheduled by the end of March 2013.

2. Water Supply

A newly drilled well and rehabilitation of the existing well is 80% completed.

3. Telephone System

The PLDT has already accomplished 80% of its cabling activity from the national highway to the airport. CAAP to sign an agreement with PLDT for the connection .
DOTC Planning Service conducted site visit & survey at Laguindingan airport on 06 March 2013 relative to the establishment of the airports transport system. LTFRB requested DOTC for the lifting of moratorium for the granting of franchises. CAAP installed VHF communication facility. & HFSSB for an interim

Target date of completion including the connection to the airport facility is by the 1st week of April 2013.
