Subject: application for dropping the semester & refund/ adjustment of tuition fees. Dear Sir, With due respect & humble submission I beg to state that I am the guardian of one of your students named Md. Ridwan-Ul-Rabii ID (1220965) from Environmental Management Dept. He has been suffering from very serious viral hepatitis which is very dangerous in nature. Doctor has suggested him complete bed rest for 30 or more days until his full recovery. In this very critical period of this semester, its nothing but a very sad thing for my son & me. From this point of view, it will be difficult for him to concentrate in his studies & to continue this semester as well. So due to the present situations he has no option but to drop the current semester. On top of that being a government service holder, it will be difficult for me to bear his future tuition fees. So I want an adjustment of his current semester fees to the coming semester, which will be a great relief for my family & will be very grateful to you as well.
