FAIRY CAKE

INGREDIENTS

150 gr. of flour

100 gr. of yeast

1 lemon

3 eggs

6 spoons of sunflower oil

Chocolate powder

PREPARATION

- Grate the skin of the lemon.

- Mix in a bowl the flour, the skin of the lemon, the chocolate andthe yeast.

- In another bowl, mix the milk and the sunflower oil.

- Add this mixture to the other one.

- Add the eggs and mix well.

- Spread some oil on a grind and put the mixture in it.

- Bake in the oven at 200° for 20 minutes.

- When it is ready, leave it to cool before you eat it.
