Why interested in this topic: Deficiency of skilled manpower is the major constrain for stable and quick development of government and private sector of Bangladesh. On the other hand skilled manpower is developed through education, experience and training. So training is one of the major elements for getting competent manpower. Due to lack of proper management we are failure to achieve target productivity using limited resources. So the objective of my project is to find out real scenario of training and management approach of an Organization. My proposed organization is INCEPTA PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED.
